Uihlein Marsh is an expansive wetland (cattail marsh) managed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service in western Winnebago County. It is an exceptional area for nesting wetland birds with many being secretive. The unpaved trail is on a dike. Tall grasses could be wet so wear proper footwear.
Directions: From Oshkosh, take State Road 44 south. Turn right onto State Road 91. Continue west for about 8 miles. Turn left on County Road M (Deer Drive). Continue for about 1.5 miles. The parking area will be on your left adjacent to Osbourne Road.
