You are welcome to attend either the morning or afternoon hike, or both, plus bring a sack lunch and picnic with us near Hartman Lake. The two hikes will explore different areas of the park.

Hartman Creek State Park is a sandy park with several hiking trails, two spring-fed lakes surrounded by towering white pines, and a swimming beach. There is always lots to discover in its varied habitats.

We will meet at the enclosed picnic shelter near the amphitheater.

In 1.9 miles you will be at the park entrance (N2480 Hartman Creek Rd., Waupaca). You will need to purchase a day pass unless you have a State Park sticker. Then continue into the park until you come to a T in the road. Turn left onto Windfeldt Rd., go about 1/4 mile until you come to a parking lot on your left.
